Mike Tanner was the Service Advisor which I came into contact with. From the initial phone call until our last visit he was patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding with our situation. While the repair work and parts were being obtained and completed he would inform us of the progress and what to expect.
The times that I have had Turnpike Ford work on a vehicle I have always been satisfied. With personnel like Mike Tanner it further enhances Turnpike's reputation for quality care after the sell.
It will be a few more years before trade in time but Turnpike will definitely be the first stop for me.

I recently moved from South Point, OH to Charleston, WV and was delighted to find out that Turnpike had another Ford store here in Charleston. So far, I've gotten the same great service at the Charleston location, as I was accustomed to receiving from Turnpike Ford's Huntington location. Great People!
Service Department Does the Job Right!

The service department at Turnpike Ford does a great job. I took my car to several shops and the problems always got worse or new ones quickly arose. Not only did the team fix ALL of the problems, they cut me a great discount too. My old car purs like a kitten now! I highly recommend Turnpike Ford to any and everyone!

I have bought a few vehicles from Turnpike and each experience has been a good one. I can always count on those guys when ever I have a question or problem.
