In the past 2 years Cedar Grove Fire Department has been making more of an effort to get involved in the community . They have had dances/parties for the children of the community, had a food drive, and also had a toy drive this past christmas for the kids in the community. I have lived in Cedar Grove almost all of my life, and this is the most I remember the Fire Dept getting involved. Many of the members also helped support the local Girl Scout troop by ordering cookies.
